Meet the Team

Dwight Bryan
President and Principal Consultant

Dwight Bryan is the President and Principal Consultant at The Bryan Consortium Inc. (TBCI). He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 30 years of experience spanning multiple industries including Healthcare, Retail and Not-for-Profit. His Lean expertise is complemented by experience drawn from roles of increasing responsibility in Finance, Sales, Learning and Development, Supply Chain Management and Process Improvement.

Dwight has held leading roles in deploying Lean transformations at several companies. He now leverages his expertise as a Lean consultant delivering efficiencies to mid-sized organizations. Dwight has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, as well as an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business. For over a decade, Dwight has utilized his Lean process improvement skills to enhance complex, cross-functional business processes which impact quality and customer satisfaction. Dwight is passionate about problem-solving and uses humour to engage staff from the front lines to the executive suite in leveraging Lean tools to implement simple yet high-impact solutions.


Carlene Bryan
Office Manager and Senior Strategist

Carlene Bryan is the Office Manager and Senior Strategist at The Bryan Consortium Inc. (TBCI). She is a relationship builder, strategic thinker and master organizer. Carlene wears many hats within the organization, including measuring organizational efficiency and contributing to business development. Carlene also leverages her organizational skills to manage information flow and set company objectives. Internally, Carlene supports TBCI with strategic development by implementing plans, practices and strategies to support long-term business growth.

With a gift for time management, she manages calendars, meetings and priorities. She also contributes to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the president and collaborating with managers to ensure strategies are performing. Carlene continues to leverage a forward-thinking approach to stay updated with technologies and customer behaviours, develop and present recommendations, as well as generate original ideas. Prior to joining The Bryan Consortium, Carlene taught for several years and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of the West Indies.
